SHIPPING

We offer Registered Basic Shipping and deliver ONLY on Mondays and Thursdays.
Why is there no option for normal mail?
We have encountered lots of lost normal mail in the past and so we do not want you to take the risk.

LOCAL

We send out packages through Singpost and you can track your order here: www.singpost.com. Enjoy free delivery with a minimum $50 purchase. Upon order confirmation, your item(s) will reach you within 3-5 working days, excluding Weekends & Public Holidays. 

If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, Singapore Post will provide a notification card advising you of the local post office from which you can collect your order. If your order is not collected within five working days, it will be returned to Sahara Shawl. Redelivery will be at your expense.

We ship all parcels via Singpost: www.singpost.com. Please note that you will be required to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the third party carrier will advise you of the process for redelivery. If all attempts to deliver fails, it will be returned to Sahara Shawl. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. DUTIES AND TAXES: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment of our goods through the following methods.

  2. Visa/Master Credit/Debit Cards
  3. Paypal
Internet Banking/ATM Transfers

We accept payment via ATM Transfer. This has to be done within 24 hours upon checkout. We will not hold your item for more than 24 hours from the time you checkout. For DBS/POSB/OCBC ATM transferees, do keep your receipt once you transferred. Scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when informing us of your payment. We will not be able to process your order without a valid receipt.

Kindly note that Interbank Transfers (Banks other than POSB/DBS/OCBC) takes 3 working days to be credited in our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.
